Iberian Pantheon

Part of our service is to share stories and images of the lusitanian Gods, where we find the Goddesses of I.L.L.

We leave here how the Iseum perceives the pantheon where they are inserted - leaving explicit that this should not be taken as historical information of them, being a purely spiritual and modern interpretation coming from the information available, vision revealed in rituals and own experience with these Gods. Because of the lack of information, being the lusitans a people with no History and research on them little valued in Portugal, this vision has as inspiration other pantheons, like the Greek and Romans. It is importante to remember that the Divine is fluid and existis in a sepctrum of the entire web of our existence and capacity to understand this Divine. These visions are not fixes, nor are they obligation to be a part of the Iseum, and this page is in constant construction and deconstruction, for the nature of the Divine is not, and will never be, a constant.

The Concept of Pantheon

Being that these Gods are found in different areas of the Iberian Peninsula, it is probably they did not have a formal pantheon they shared. Here, we use the word to talk about Deities that shared an hearth and a path.

Epithets and Interpretatio

Gods contain multiple facets. We leave here some epithets - titles and names given to the Divine - with a free translation of them, so you may explore them in an independent way, as well as Gods from other pantheons that share similarities.
